Every person in this world deserves to be respected and loved with the way they are. I hope people get this soon.

I agree that there isn't one. The term LGBT includes virtually everybody who isn't straight.

This melange of people doesn't have any reason to consider themselves as having a common interest. There are various reasons why they never will.

They want to be a member of the other sex. They don't necessarily want to be queer members of the other sex.

There is a limit to what gender reassignment surgery can do. It can't give you ovaries or testicles. However, let's be a little bit science fictiony.
