How to use a Video Calling via Mobile ?

Open Google Duo. Tap the Duo app icon, which resembles a white speech bubble on a dark-blue background. This will open the Duo camera view if you're logged in.

If you haven't downloaded Google Duo and it isn't pre-installed on your Android, download it first.

Tap the "Video" Image titled Android7videocamera.png icon. It's at the top of the Contacts section, just below where the video feed is displaying. This indicates that you want to perform a video call.

Tap a contact's name. This will prompt Duo to begin calling them.

You may have to scroll down to see your preferred contact.

Wait for the call to connect. Once your contact answers either through Duo or via their Android's Phone app (if it supports video calls), you should see them on-screen.

Open Google Hangouts. Tap the Hangouts app icon, which resembles a dark-green speech bubble with a white pair of quotation marks on it. Doing so opens your Hangouts page if you're logged in.

If this is your first time opening Hangouts, you'll tap GET STARTED and select each Google account you wish to use with Hangouts before continuing. You may also have to enter your email address and password.

If you don't yet have Google Hangouts installed on your Android, download it first.

Tap +. It's in the bottom-right corner of the screen. A couple of options will pop up next to the + icon.

Tap New video call. It's near the + mark.

Select contacts for the video call. Tap the name of each person whom you want to invite to the video call.

If someone isn't in your contacts, you can add them to the call by typing their email address into the search bar and then tapping it.

Make the video call. Tap the green-and-white video camera icon in the top-right corner of the screen. This will initiate the video call to all selected contacts.

Open Skype. Tap the Skype icon, which resembles a white "S" on a blue Skype logo. Doing so opens your Skype home page if you're logged in.

If you aren't signed into Skype, enter your email address (or phone number) and password before continuing.

If you don't yet have Skype installed on your Android, download it first.

Invite a friend if necessary. If the person with whom you want to chat isn't in your Skype contacts, you'll have to add them before proceeding.

Tap the "New"  Image titled Android7edit.png icon. This multicolored pencil icon is at the bottom of the screen. A pop-up menu will appear.
