The comments plugin lets people comment on content on your site using their Facebook account. People can choose to share their comment activity with their friends (and friends of their friends) on Facebook as well. The comments plugin also includes built-in moderation tools and social relevance ranking.

Visit Facebook's Plug-in Page and click the Comments link.

Fill in the requested information to customize your Comments feature, as follows: URL to Comment On: Enter the specific URL for the comment box.

Click Get Code and add to your website.

Choose the post you want to show.

Comments are used to remind yourself and to inform others about the function of your program.

Multiline comments are used for large text descriptions of code or to comment out chunks of code while debugging applications.

Embedded Posts are a simple way to put public posts - by a Page or a person on Facebook - into the content of your web site or web page.

Only public posts from Facebook Pages and profiles can be embedded.

Click on the arrow icon that appears in the top right corner of the Facebook post. Then select “Embed Post” from the drop-down menu that appears.

A popup box will appear with the code to embed your post.

Copy the code at the top of the box and paste it into your web page's (or blog post's) HTML code.

In July, Facebook announced the ability to embed public posts onto your website with a few lines of code.

You can embed most public posts from a personal profile or a page. To do so, go to your news feed, profile or page and click on the drop-down arrow at the top right of the post.
