Sorry Cap fans, Steve Rogers is officially the lowest on this list, despite what his MCU counterpart might lead you to believe. While the movie version of Captain America has above human strength, the comics version of the the super soldier serum only pushed Steve's body to the peak of human physical potential, meaning he is the strongest a human could be without being superhuman.

We're still going to count this as super strength, of course, since it is enhanced beyond the average human's output, but it is small potatoes compared to other super-strong heroes.

Three films, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War and The Avengers, are in the top 10 of the highest-grossing films of all time. This universe connects all the films to each other, with characters making crossover appearances in a number of films (for example, Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark in Spider-Man: Homecoming, and basically all of the Marvel Avengers in Captain America

Of course, Cap manages to wrestle with even the strongest villains and heroes with his superior fighting skills, intelligence and years of experience, so take that into account with this particular ranking.

Jim Shooter, Marvel’s editor-in-chief was approached by the head of Warner Communications’ publishing at the time but turned down the offer claiming DC characters wouldn’t sell as they weren’t very good. Ouch! Imagine if the deal went ahead. That same-old Marvel comics vs. DC comics debate would never have existed!

This one might come as a surprise, but Wolverine is actually stronger than Black Panther and Captain America.

Where Captain America and Black Panther top out at around 700 and 800 pounds respectively, Wolverine's strength limit is a bit less defined, but he has been shown to be able to handle close to two tons.

Though the vague scale of Wolverine's strength does make it hard to place him, we can definitely say that he is stronger than Cap and Black Panther for two reasons.

The first is obvious: his Adamantium Skeleton means his bones do not break under the pressure of immense weight.

The second reason is his healing factor, which allows his muscles to constantly grow back stronger every time they break down.

Next up is Jessica Jones, who, while her powers have changed over the the years, her strength has remained rather consistent.

Her strength seems to start at around two tons, already placing her above Wolverine, and caps out somewhere around 25, placing her into a much higher tier than the previous entries.

Jessica is easily the first hero on this list that you can actually consider "super strong," versus just having "enhanced" strength.

that's only as she is now, without flight. If you look at her strength when she was younger and still went by "Jewel," her ability to fly would make her even stronger since it would add some velocity to her punches and some lift to her strength.

Her durability and ability to recover quickly are also worth noting, as she could push beyond her strength and recover from the resulting injuries with ease.
